Free Training Course

Support in Mind Scotland and Ca(i)re are offering a free course for those in Edinburgh who care for or support someone who is experiencing mental health problems. Coping with this as a carer or supporter can be difficult. Many carers feel isolated, are lacking information, receive insufficient support and can experience feelings of loss and grief. If you would like information, tools and techniques to help you cope, then this course may be useful to you! It will also be very beneficial in helping you to take care of yourself better. Thursdays, 10.00am - 12.00pm at Eric Liddell Centre, Liddell Suite, 2nd floor.February 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd. March 1st, 8th.
